It's Easy to Use the Online Contract Process:
Step 1: Select Your Top Booth Space Choices
Review the floor plan and choose your top 6 booth locations. Choices are used as a guideline and not a guarantee of placement.
Step 2: Complete the Application/Contract

PAST EXHIBITOR: Sign-in with your eCode and your company information will automatically be filled into the appropriate fields and is editable. Or, click on the x in the upper right corner to close the box. To retrieve your eCode: Click here or call Customer Service at 800.681.6970. |
Step 3: Select Sponsorships
Page 2 of the application will take you to the Sponsorship Gallery, allowing you to view CONSTRUCT sponsorships. Click through the entire Gallery or search by section. Your shopping cart will update as you click items to purchase.
Step 4: The Fine Print
The form requires you to add a primary and invoice contact to the account. At this point view the Exhibitor Terms and Conditions and print for your records.

Step 5: Submit With Payment Option
The application is 99% complete. Submit your online Exhibit Application/Contract with your payment option for approval by Show Management.
Confirmation
Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email* with an estimated invoice amount. Please note that your application is pending until you receive a confirmation email with a copy of your approved Exhibit Application/Contract, Terms and Conditions and Request for Deposit (if applicable).
*Invoices will be sent to the primary contact and the invoice contact on the application.
NOTE: 50% deposit of total space cost is required to reserve your space (based on total square footage requests). Balance due March 30, 2012. Contracts submitted after March 30, 2012 require 100% payment.

Making Your Final Payment
Final payments are due March 30, 2012. To make your final payment please mail a check to the appropriate address above or complete this Credit Card Authorization form and fax back as directed on the form.
Space Draw
Space Draw Guidelines
To be eligible for inclusion in the Space Draw:
- The Exhibit Space Application/Contract must be completed or received by November 18, 2011, 5pm CST
- The application/contract must be completed/signed by a representative of the exhibitor’s company duly authorized to commit the company to the terms and conditions detailed in the application/contract
- The signed exhibit space application/contract must be submitted with acceptable payment of 50% of total amount due for the maximum booth space requested plus 100% of any sponsorship item(s)
- Payment can be made online with a credit card or by sending a check. If mailing a check, payment must be received by November 18, 2011.
The following rules will govern the assignment of booth space during the Space Draw:
- All applications/contracts received by the cut-off date – that are deemed eligible to participate in the Space Draw according to the eligibility rules – will be placed on the Space Draw list
- Booths will be assigned by Priority Points earned in a priority order based on the number of years a company has participated in CONSTRUCT, booth size and sponsorships purchased
- In the event of a tie in points, date of contract and payment receipt will be the tie-breaker.
- If available, exhibitors will be given the first booth available in the order of their choices submitted on their application.
- If none of the booth locations submitted on the exhibitor’s application are available, CONSTRUCT management will attempt to call the exhibitor contact listed on the application. However, if that contact is unavailable, show management will assign the next available booth that is of a similar size and as close a location as requested by the exhibitor on their application.
*Exhibiting history is also based on information provided by CSI. CSI history includes all companies who have exhibited since 2004, with participation history dating back to 1957.
