Customer Invitations for Free Exhibit Hall Admission

CONSTRUCT 2010 & The TFM Show It's easy to invite your customers and clients to the show to visit you. You have two options.  Distribute the business-card-sized Courtesy Pass you received in the mail or email them a personalized Buyer Invitation. If you need additional Courtesy Passes, contact pgeye@hanleywood.com.  

You can send unlimited personalized email invitations. By clicking on the link included in the email, they will receive Free Exhibit Hall Admission through the end of the show. Drive more traffic to your booth; your booth number is included automatically in the body of the invitation.

Go ahead and send some out, it only takes a minute!

After logging in to ConnectionPOINT in the upper right corner with your exhibitor password, find the Important Links module.  Click on the Buyer Invite button.  Simply click and follow the easy directions.

  1. Type in the name you would like to appear in the "From" field of the email and the email address you want to appear as the Sender of the email.
  2. Type in the subject line and your brief personal message that will appear at the bottom of the email.
  3. Upload your list or type in the email addresses of your recipients.
  4. Preview your Buyer Invitation and click to send.

You can send as many Buyer Invitations as you want and as often as you wish.
