Exhibitor Registration

Online Exhibitor Registration:
CONSTRUCT online Exhibitor registration is open. You can also go to Registration onsite at Lakeside Center in Chicago to add/change booth personnel.

To Manage and Register Your Booth Personnel
Enter you exhibitor e-Code in the green sign in box in the upper right corner of the website or when prompted.

STEP 1
Choose or add your badge mailing contact and review the address.

STEP 2
Add or edit your Booth Personnel.  View the Confirmation Page and book hotel if needed.

Exhibitor Badges are not required for personnel who only need access to the show floor during move-in or move-out hours; wristbands will be provided for employees or EACs onsite during that time.

Attendees should not be registered as booth personnel.

Paid Exhibitor badges are non-refundable.

You can choose to have your badges mailed or held for on-site pickup.

Badge Allotment:
Each exhibiting company receives an allotment of complimentary exhibitor personnel badges with their booth space.  The allotment is five (5) badges per 10 x 10 (100 s.f.) booth space.  Additional badges may be purchased for $25.00 each.

Discounted Rates:
Early Bird registration for attendees will offer Free Exhibit Hall admission and discounted education packages if purchased by the deadline of August 11, 2011.

Admission Requirements:
CONSTRUCT is a trade event and only professionals from the industry will be allowed to attend. No one under 18 will be admitted without adult supervision.

Badges:
For registrations received by August 30th, badges and applicable tickets will be mailed if selected. After deadline and for international companies, badges will be held for on-site pick-up at the Registration Counter at McCormick Place.

Payment Options:
Payment is due at the time of registration and can be made by check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Online and faxed registrations can be made with credit card payment only. Registrations will only be processed with full payment.

Spouse/Guest:
An attendee's spouse or guest is a family member or friend, not a business associate or staff colleague. Each spouse and guest must be registered to enter the exhibit hall and must be ticketed to attend the individual ticketed events.
