Press Room

The press are an important part of the CONSTRUCT2010 show experience.  To assist the press in releasing information about the event and the exhibitor products and services, we offer the following:

Media Library
Logos, banner ads, and press releases are available on the Media Library page.  Photos upon request to Patti Geye at pgeye@hanleywood.com.

Exhibitor Media Kits
Exhibitors' media kits will be available, on-site, in the show office at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Press is encouraged to review and collect the media kits as well as interact with the exhibitor to acquire more information.

Press Registration
Qualified and approved press will have full access to the conference program, keynote address, Welcome Reception and Exhibit Hall. Registration is now available. Register as Press Now.

Press Credentials
We require all qualified press to present a photo ID along with one of the following press credentials:
• Business card from qualifying publication
• Listing of name and title on masthead of qualifying publication
• Recent copy of by-lined article or newsletter
• Printout of home page [if a web site writer]
Freelance writers, artists or those without titles on their business card must have a letter of authorization, on letterhead, from the editor of the publication for which you are writing or contributing to a story. You will not be issued a press badge without proper editorial credentials.

Admission Criteria
To qualify for press credentials, you must be an editor, publisher, staff reporter, television camera crew, or industry analyst from any of the following news organizations:
• Trade Publication
• Television Station
• Consumer Publication
• Newspaper
• National Publication
• National Newsletter
• Wire Service
• Radio Station
• Web magazine
You do not qualify for press credentials if you are an advertising/sales/PR rep or any non-editorial personnel; however we welcome your presence at CONSTRUCT2009 as a regular attendee. Up to two qualifying press will be given credentials per media outlet.

Video and Still Cameras
Video and still cameras are not allowed on the exhibit floor, except by accredited members of the press. However, photographers and videographers must request permission in advance by Show Management for access to the show floor, including a prospective shot list.  If permitted, you are required to check in at the Show Office and are asked to follow an "ask before you shoot" protocol and agree to refrain from shooting those who do not wish to be filmed.
