CONSTRUCT Show Update: New Speakers and Sponsors Expand Learning Opportunities

This year’s online version of CONSTRUCT now features nearly 30 educational sessions as organizers continue to grow the event’s learning and certification opportunities. New topics to be covered Oct. 7-9 include curtain wall systems, high-performance protection for floors and
walls, accessibility in design, fire codes, and minimizing hazards during construction.

Visit the registration page to see all the courses. If you sign up for one class, all your identifying information will be carried over to any additional class you want to attend, thus saving you time.

Some sessions are pre-recorded, so you can take a test immediately after to qualify for CEU credits. Other events that will take place live during the show will be made available on demand after CONSTRUCT ends. At that point, a test for CEU credits will be added.

CONSTRUCT also has announced its first collection of show sponsors:

Platinum level: Dow and Tnemec.

Gold level: ATAS International, Behr, Excel Dryer, GAF, Hager Cos., Norbec, Nystrom, and Pella Commercial.

Silver level: Air Barrier Association of America, Autodesk, the Architectural Woodwork Institute’s Quality Certification Program, and Deltek.

The Construction Specification Institute (CSI) is an official partner of CONSTRUCT, as is Construction Specifier magazine. Mark Dorsey, CEO of CSI, now will serve as moderator of the welcome session “The Future of Specifiers—The Way Forward. CONSTRUCT 365 News interviewed two of session’s four panelists in a story last month.
