Continuing Education

CONSTRUCT offers continuing education credit for educational sessions, exhibit hall education,
and tours. CONSTRUCT 2019 full education package participants could earn 18+ credits!

American Institute of Architects

American Institute of Architects (AIA) Learning Units

Informa Markets (owner/producer of CONSTRUCT) is an approved AIA CES Provider. All CONSTRUCT 2019 educational sessions and tours were AIA CES Approved.  Participants could earn up to 19.25 LUs (including 2 General LUs and 17.25 HSW LUs).

Attendance for AIA Members was reported to AIA (providing that the member provided their AIA number when they registered for CONSTRUCT).  

Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI)

Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI)

The CONSTRUCT 2019 program was approved for BOMI CPD (continuing professional development) credit towards maintenance of the professional designations offered by BOMI International.  Participants requesting BOMI credit must self-report their credit to BOMI.  Visit www.bomi.org for additional details.

CSI

Construction Specifications Institute (CSI)

Most CONSTRUCT 2019 educational sessions were approved by CSI to fulfill the continuing education requirements for renewal of CDT®, CCCA, CCS and CCPR certifications.  CSI members could earn up to 18.25 Learning Units (LU) for attending approved 2019 sessions. Participants requesting CSI credit must self-report their credit to CSI.

Green Business Certification Inc.

Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI)

CONSTRUCT 2019 featured six (6) GBCI approved courses.  Participants could earn 7.25 hours of GBCI CE credit. Participants requesting GBCI credit must self-report their credit to GBCI.   

ICC

International Code Council (ICC)

Informa Markets (owner/producer of CONSTRUCT) is a preferred education provider with ICC.  Participants could earn more than 18 hours (1.86 CEUs) at CONSTRUCT 2019!  Participants requesting ICC must self-report their credit to ICC.  

IIBEC at CONSTRUCT

IIBEC

IIBEC members and registration holders could earn over 15 CEHs (Continuing Education Hours) at CONSTRUCT 2019!  Participants requesting IIBEC credits must self-report their credits to IIBEC.

NARI at CONSTRUCT

National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI)

Most CONSTRUCT 2019 sessions and tours were approved for NARI CEUs.  NARI requires its Certified Professionals to earn at least 10 hours of continuing education per year as a condition of renewal.  Participants requesting NARI credit must self-report their credit to NARI.  For more information regarding NARI certifications and CEU requirements, please click here.

CERTIFICATES:

CONSTRUCT 2019 certificates of attendance are available for participants to download.  To access your certificates from CONSTRUCT 2019 or prior events, sign in to your dashboard and select “education”.  You will then select the appropriate year (2019, 2018, etc.).  Click here for detailed instructions.

ATTENDANCE REPORTING:

Attendance at AIA-approved sessions was reported directly to AIA by show management, if the participant provided their AIA # when they registered for CONSTRUCT 2019.  

All other credits (BOMI, CSI, GBCI, ICC, IIBEC, and NARI) must be self-reported by the participant.
